About Apex Pests | Melbourne Pest Control

Who we are

Apex Pests is a Melbourne-based pest control company covering the whole metropolitan area, from the inner north and east through the bayside suburbs to the western and south-eastern growth corridors. We are licensed in Victoria and insured, and we work in homes, rentals, strata buildings, kitchens, warehouses, childcare and aged care.

We are part of a group of specialist Melbourne pest businesses, which is why we can cover rodents, termites, insects and wildlife properly rather than treating everything the same way.

How we are different

We publish prices. Almost nobody in this industry does. Every price on this site is a from price, the final figure is agreed in writing before we start, and we beat any written quote by 5%.

We tell you when you do not need us. Mud daubers do not need treating. Old borer damage does not need treating. A single ant on a benchtop does not need treating. We would rather say so and keep the call than sell you a job.

We close the entry point. On rodent, possum and bird work the treatment is the easy half — the part that decides whether the problem returns is proofing, so we quote it as part of the job rather than as an upsell.

What we will not do

We do not use scare tactics, we do not invent damage, and we do not publish reviews we have not earned — you will not find an aggregate star rating on this site until there are real Google reviews behind it.

We also will not promise something the job cannot deliver. A house cannot be made spider-free, a German cockroach infestation is not cleared in one visit, and a poisoned rodent can die inside a wall. Those things are on the relevant service pages in plain words.
