Quotes and pricing

All prices shown on this site are from prices. The final price is quoted in writing before work begins. Our price-beat applies to a written quote from a licensed Victorian operator for the same scope of work.

Warranty

Treated properties carry a free re-treatment inside the stated warranty period. The warranty follows the treatment, not the visit — an inspection alone is not warranted. Warranties assume the property has not been altered in a way that reintroduces the problem, and that any proofing or repair work we recommended has been carried out.

Access and preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be treated, including roof voids and subfloors where relevant, and to follow any preparation instructions we give you. Where preparation has not been done we may need to reschedule.

Safety

Tell us before we attend about anyone in the property who is pregnant, asthmatic, immunocompromised or allergic, and about fish tanks, chickens, beehives or other sensitive animals. We will adjust the method accordingly.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from structural defects we identified and recommended repairing.
