What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, postcode, phone number, email address, the service you selected and anything you choose to tell us about the problem. Our web host also records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out the work, and to keep the service records a pest control business is expected to keep. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only with the technician attending your job and, where relevant, with a beekeeper or wildlife handler we refer live bees or protected wildlife to. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept for as long as needed for the work, warranty and tax obligations, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner by emailing us.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@apexpests.com.au and we will action it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Cookies
